Kim Rogers, LMP, SAMP
Kim with Feebe and Lucio
My passion for animals began as a young child on my aunt and uncle's farm in Oregon. I had big dreams of rescuing every animal in need. My professional career started in a veterinary clinic specializing in naturopathic medicine for both domestic pets and farm animals. Over the next 10 years I worked in a handful of different veterinary hospitals from day practices to emergency/critical care and oncology. I graduated from massage school in 2010 and received my endorsement for small animal massage in 2011. I'm a level 2 reiki practitioner, and I thank Rose De Dan of Wild Reiki & Shamanic Healing for this wonderful gift of reiki. I currently share my home with two dogs; Feebe a lab/staff terrier mix, Lucio and bulldog/pitbull mix, our cats Vinnie, Salvatore, and our newest addition Bertie, a tiny tortie tripawd.
My style of massage differs greatly between species, but universally I use a combination of swedish, myofascial, cupping massage, neuromuscular, trigger point, injury treatment, deep tissue techniques, along with relying on my intuition to create an individual treatment plan as unique as each client.
